Wes Mudd started Mudd Realty Inc. with one simple goal in mind…. “Create customers for life, not just one transaction.” With that being said, he does not compromise CUSTOMER LOYALTY for VOLUME.  Most brokerages will fight for numbers and have the philosophy “MUST LIST TO LAST!”  His success was not based on volume, but on referrals upon referrals upon referrals! He grew so fast on his own, he decided to start up his own company. Years later, he recruited a great team of highly respected and educated real estate professionals to put Mudd Realty Inc. on the map.

He has been ridiculed and given advice to change his company name “MUDD”, but refuses. He likes to think his name “MUDD” in real estate represents getting your hands “Dirty” to get the job done.  He has one real estate secret he keeps in his bag...HARD WORK! It seems our society has gotten so caught up in today’s world that hard work is hard to come by.

Wes Mudd spent years specializing in the foreclosure market even before the big “FORECLOSURE BOOM.” He urged investors to invest small amounts into real estate rather than the 401K!
